The Ms. Wheelchair California Leadership Institute (MWCALI) has a new vision for disability advocacy in California. MWCALI will host ongoing webinars throughout the year to MWCA contestants, building advocacy skills and fostering connection among this dynamic cohort. These workshops will have range in scope from advocacy and leadership, to disability legislation, to professional development and more.
